As many of you know, the Farr Law Firm is experiencing a tremendous period of growth. Over the past year, we nearly doubled our staff in order to best serve and accommodate our clients. Today, I am excited to announce that we will be physically expanding our office space.
If you have visited us in the past, you won’t have to worry about reprogramming your GPS, or traveling outside of Fairfax should you have occasion to visit us in the future. We are remaining at our current location, conveniently located in the heart of the City of Fairfax, but will be expanding into the office space across the hall within the upcoming three to four months.
As part of this expansion, the Farr Law Firm is seeking a business tenant to utilize 983 square feet of this office space. An ideal tenant would be a small elder law firm with the capacity to handle contested matters.
Another ideal tenant would be a complementary senior-serving service professional. Examples include: CPA; Geriatric Care Manager; Geriatric Consultant; Daily Money Manager; Financial Service Professional; Senior Real Estate Specialist; Senior Move Manager; Elderly & Disabled Transportation Service; or Appraisal Service.
